This is a recipe from Justine Maguire. I chose this because I liked her take on adding a more mature and less common favor to brighten up this classic cocktail. The direction behind my design was to evoke the feeling of a high end whiskey bar but still keep it accessible for the home bartender. The color choices of deep purples were to reflect the fig but also to add moodiness and dark elegance to the design.
